Ben is EDconnect’s Digital Delivery Lead, supporting the delivery of digital work and capability-building initiatives across the organisation. Working across project management, digital execution, and stakeholder engagement, Ben helps ensure EDconnect’s projects are well coordinated, clearly communicated, and delivered smoothly.
In this multidisciplinary role, Ben provides a practical link between clients, external suppliers, schools, and community partners – maintaining alignment, removing bottlenecks, and supporting strong collaboration throughout each project.
Ben brings nearly two decades of experience across digital workplace solutions, web content management, and education administration. Most recently, as a Solutions Specialist for Digital Workplace Results, he managed project delivery, client liaison, and marketing communications, while providing specialised online training in Microsoft 365 products to build digital capability. His diverse background also includes managing teaching practicums and school relationships for Victoria University of Wellington’s Faculty of Education, leading community development for regional sports organisations, and building hands-on creative and technical skills through running his own design businesses.
From improving web user experience and managing digital content to providing day-to-day operational support, Ben brings a steady, solutions-focused approach to the team. He helps ensure EDconnect’s work is not only effectively managed, but also communicated in a way that connects with the learning communities EDconnect serves.
