Providing relevant and responsive professional development for beginning and returning teachers. EDconnect has been working with clusters of schools that are geographically close, guiding Provisionally Certificated teachers through inquiry that aligns with their practice in schools. Our network of experienced facilitators is responsive to the needs of these beginning teachers, identifying and accessing expertise that supports their professional learning. Curriculum and effective teacher practice are addressed. Participants working in these clusters develop learning relationships with other Provisionally Certificated teachers as they share experiences and collaboratively problem solve with colleagues. Participants will be supported to create, develop and maintain personal portfolios of evidence, and models of reflection will be shared to support this.
